Al Ittihad Alexandria, also known as Al Ittihad Elsakandry, is a basketball club based in the city of Alexandria, Egypt. The team plays in the Egyptian Basketball Premier League. The team is widely considered one of the basketball powerhouses of Egypt, having won 13 championships.
Ittihad has won the FIBA Africa Champions Cup in 1987, crowning itself African champions. The team has also won the Arab Championship seven times.
亞歷山大港伊蒂哈德（阿拉伯語：الاتحاد السكندري لكرة السلة），是一支位於埃及亞歷山大港的職業籃球俱樂部。該俱樂部成立於1932年，是埃及最成功的籃球俱樂部之一，曾獲得15次埃及籃球聯賽冠軍和12次埃及籃球杯冠軍。亞歷山大港伊蒂哈德還曾多次參加非洲籃球俱樂部錦標賽，並在2016年獲得亞軍。
